Exam PTD Online .... dia mai dahhhhh

Assalamualaikum...

Pagi ni saya nak share ttg exam PTD, walaupun rasanya saya pernah post ttg exam ni dlm posting dolu2,tp kali ni nak share sikit exam PTD yang kini dah dionlinekan hihihi bagus kaedah mcm ni, ikut perubahan masa & keperluan terkini, dah tak payah pegi dewan, berdebar2 pegang pen nak jawab soklan hihihi

Walaupun sy dah keje dan alhamdulillah selesa dgn keje skrg, tp tipulah if sy kata tak minat langsung nak jd PTD... PTD ni jawatan plg pntg dlm negara, sbb all dasar digubal depa ni...jd, niat nak cuba2 tu masih ada walaupun sejujurnyalah dah malas nak masuk skim lain sbb dah selesa dgn keje sy skrg... sbb kalu dpt pun, seniority sy hilang and kene start back from zero... thats why sy agak reluctant tp niat nak cuba2 still ada .... dlm masa yg sama, sy suka nak tau types of questions yg keluar semasa exam first level ni... dan sejujurnya its quite tough jugak ler

Online exam was held on 19 Jan, at 8pm sharp. Bole jwb pakai pc, laptop, phone or tablet. sy pakai fon jer hihihi ada 2 section, section A and B. Section A 50 soklan, 40 minutes on current issues. Section B 40 soalan 45 Minutes on daya penyelesaian masalah.

For section A, kita mmg kene bnyk membaca and ambil tahu apa terjadi kat Malaysia ni, kalu tak mmg meraung la cari jwpn... rasanya ramai yg akan google jwpn smbl buat kannnn hihihi tp bcos of time constraint, mmg tak sempat ko nak google satu2....

Haaa amacam? Ada yg senang, ada yg susah kan... masa ni bru nyesal tak studi subjek sejarah kat sekolah elok2... dan pentingnya ambik tahu pasal current issues... Uolss mmg tak sempat nak suh pakcik google cari satu2...TAK SEMPAT! sbb tu pengurusan masa dan persediaan penting, sbb kalu first step ni uolls agagl, alamat mmg tak dpt la masuk skim PTD.

Sistem standby sementara tgu second session

Ok, sesi kedua. Mula jam 8.55, tamat by 9.40. Soklan sikit tp mmg cabar otak... bnyk soklan math yg membuatkan mata den berpinau mengira.... ada soklan logik dan soklan2 mcm nak ambik iq test... agak memeningkan tp fun gak... cuma sy agak terkilan sbb sistem selowww dlm 15 minit untuk second session, soklan tak kuor lgsg and in d end, masa yg sy dpt mmg less than 40 minutes... anyway, kat sini sy screenshot cnth soklan untuk tatapan uolsss...

Itulah antara soklan online PTD... tak senang, tp tak juga susah sgt... kalau anda mmg berminat nak join ptd, inilah among qs yang boleh diexpect utk ditanya... mmg yg second session tu sy rasa agak mencabar gak sbb masa tak cukup tp soklan mmg tricky.. papepun, good luck kpd semua yg dah mencuba... insyallah, ada rezki uolsss berjaya and masuk ke next level ye!!!

btw, result dah keluar dah saya tak berjaya... mmg sy dah expect sy tak berjaya sbb sy tak smpt nak jwb untuk seksyen 2 and line yg problem...its ok :)

Citer lame - Second phase of PTD assessment - PAC

Saja nak post semula kenangan lama masa g try nasib nk jd PTD. Tp, bukan rezekiku. Aku syukur juga sbb aku lebih suke jd peg. penerangan ! :)

27 jun 2009 rasenye, aku telah berjaya dipanggil untuk mengikuti assessment kedua ptd di INTAN Kedah, area sungai petani. Agak berdebar gak la sebab nie first time aku g level 2 punye assessment, selama nie g buat exam jer. So, aku ade la baca skit dr blog org lain pengalaman depa dlm assesment kedua nie cos its quite different from the previous pac. kali ni punye pac cume sehari tak mcm dulu,3 hari. so of course,ade banyak program sebelum ni ditiadakan dan ada gak yg baru diperkenalkan.



so,bile aku sampi jer dlm kul 7.40am, dh ramai betul org beratur. aku tak taula yg lain2 2 sampai kul bape,agaknye yg sampai kul 6 pun ade! fuh,semangat tul depa nk jd ptd. so,first thing we all kene beratur untuk registration and hantar form apa2 yg patut.sambil2 berdiri aku ade gak la sembang2 ngan calon2 lain. majoriti yg dtg first time, n tak tau ape nk expect dr PAC nie. ade gak yg kata kalu pakai kot dpt extra mark,tp sepanjang program ni kami telah diingatkan utk tak pakai kot or tag nama (bagi kakitangan awam) untuk elakkan bias. yelah,kalu aku tau,aku pun nk bwk kot gak.



pas register,aku masuk dlm dewan dan dipanggil ikut nombor untuk ambil gambar. mcm banduan pun ade gak,hahaha. dh la nombor 2 besar giler,dr jauh pun leh nmpk. Nombor aku 58, harapnye bertuahla ek.



so,abis bergambar,kami diajak minum pagi,tp sepuluh minit jer. aku tak lalu nk mkn,aku minum jer n rata2 yg lain pun mcm 2 gak.semua mcm punctual jer,hehehe. then,ade pegawai die bg penerangan tentang sistem baru ptd,so agak payahla sikit bermula tahun ni (2009).



nie step2 baru nk jd ptd:

1. exam ptd

2. pra pac (yg sedang aku buat ni) - sehari jer

3. interview

4. if berjaya - masuk dlm perkhidmatan as kontrak (FIRST YEAR)

5. if ok - masuk jabatan lain plak (SECOND YEAR)

6. PAC sebenar - dlm thn kedua berkhidmat (3HARI)

7. INTAN - setahun

8. lulus INTAN - full time PTD!



ha,dh lepas g INTAN, barulah boleh confirm. so,memang agak mencabar dan susah pemilihan ptd kali ni. aku tak sure leh berjaya or tak,tetapi harapan masih aku simpan skit.



so after that, bermulalah aktiviti pertama and kedua. aktiviti pertama, dinamakan, intelectual discourse, berbincang dlm kumpulan untuk 1 topik dlm english. aku suka gak bende nie,sebab suke bg pendapat. topik yg dibagi ialah 'Quality of Sports Today'.



selepas 1 jam, g bilik lain plak untuk aktiviti kedua. so,kali ni,namanya 'Hujah'. so,kene berdebat tentang 1 topik, iaitu: 'Blog pemangkin perkembangan intelek' . kumpulan aku kene bab pencadang,agk susah gk nk sokong tajuk ni,tp aku belasah jer,mcm aku yg betul,heheheh.



then,mkn time! aku tk mkn banyak2 sebab pas nie aku tau azab akn bermule....



then,seperti yg aku jgka, tukar sport attire n g pdg. nasib baik cuaca tak terlalu panas sgt,leh pengsan gak if betul2 panas. so,first activity, kene susun 9 pinggan n jadikan dalam sepuluh barisan dgn syarat setiap barisan ade 3 pinggan. so,agk penin gk la,aku rase aku tak menyumbang sgt dlm aktiviti ni sebab aku dh penat kene hentam mase hujah td.



pas 2, ade aktiviti senirobik,hehehe bukan arobik k. kene buat senaman berdesarkan lagu n buat ramai2. kene buat sama kalu tak tolak markah. tp,aku nasihatkan,tak payah beria2 sgt dlm aktiviti ni sebab cabaran sebenar adalah pas nie....



ha,senaman mase sek men,memang best kan? tp,agk tak best biler dh tue skit nie. 4 jenis senaman yg kami buat, first jumping jack,30 kali. mcm sikit kan,tp korang trylah dulu,baru tau sakitnye,hehehe. yang kedua, star jump,20 kali. pumping,20 kali, n lari mcm ulang alik 3 kali. memang penat tuhan jer tau,sebab dh lama tak buat. tangan aku lenguh gak la dlm 3 hari.tp sonok sgt sebab tak sangka aku leh buat selepas sekian lama.


walaupun aku tak bejaye,tp dpt gak la aku spent time ngan mak and adik2 aku kat sg petani,ngeh ngeh ... :)

PTD examinations, maybe some tips perhaps?

Dear all,

Ive been thinking a lot about my future lately, n i think its time to move on. after most my close friends now are succcesful with their career,i think its time to step up and pursue my own goals. of cos, being a lecturer is always my passion, an interest which i could hardly forget, but now, time 2 move on. on top of that, mostly my friends now are on their way to become civil servants, a position that are hardly to be achieved in Malaysia, but once u got it, u r d luckies person in d world. i hv deeply thought abaout it, n come with a conclusion that teaching is alwiz my passion, alwiz my interest, but the most important thing is, a stability in my own life. i also think that this is the perfect time to realize my parents ambition, at least one of their children become a goverment officer.

i was having a 'crush' with PTD before, but cos of many scary stories on PTD assessments n training in INTAN, make me less interest to join it. how stupid i am! now, after 2 years waiting for 'signal', i think its d time to try again. eventhough many claim that PTD exam is quite tough, but i just want to give it a shot one more time. n even if this time luck is not in my side, i will keep trying until i got it.

historically, i sat for PTD exam 2 years ago, n alhamdulillah, i managed 2 passed d test. but, how 'crazy' i am, i did not go 2 d second assessment, cos i just got a new job in d company that im working now, n hesitant to apply 4 leave. i never thought that d exam is hardly to be scored by everybody, yet i just let the chance slipped away! thats y i really regretted d action, n with the aim to do it again,n tawakal to Allah swt, i may get d second chance. as people used to say ' Good opportunity will never come twice. if its come twice,then u r lucky'.

but, we hv 2 believe in Allah's power n glory. He knows whats best for us. He knows why he plans in such a way. never complaints on Allah's plan because everything comes with reason.

now, im in d process of looking back all news dated 1-2 months back. from the feedbacks of many, PTD questions will generally based on Malaysian history n general issues related to Malaysia. i remember one question on members on Cobbold Commission, in which i totally forget during the exam... so d questions are something like that, if u wanna try yourself, maybe u can try aswering questions on Pengajian Malaysia subject and Pengajian Am subject. its very difficult 2 predict, but i also remember they also ask about malaysian entertainments, such as question on PGL,members of senate from entertainment background, who won best actress in the global award festivals, n so on. they also frequently ask on rmk, yearly budget, national policies, sports, politics (of cos) n issues on constitution. its good also 2 know who won tokoh maal hijrah, theme for merdeka last year, theme for budget 2008, manifesto bn for 2008 election, n name of ministers. for sports, good also to know who won the latest piala malaysia, who won eur0 2008, where euro n final piala malaysia took place, n issue on badminton. i mean, this is just my predictions, not a real questions. somehow we need 2 think like the question setter. at least, we can be prepared.

for those who did not read newspaper daily(me too,heheh), just browse it using our digital media, it is much more faster than searching in tha wardobe. good to search start from December-first 2 weeks of February 2009, but the questions is not just coming from general issues lately. hot issues like english in math n science, landslide, israel occupation in gaza n many more can be considered as well.

for math, i think we better go n ask for assistance from our frenz that is good in math, teaches us some basic calculation in math, percentage, fractions, logics, n income tax calculations.

sahsiah diri? just be yourself, dnt think too long for a questions, because if we think 2 long, we tend to be dishonest. however, make sure that our honesty is 'normalised'. u got what i mean? :)

english essay n malay essei, most important is your points. just put aside all grammatical errors, especially in english. its good for u 2 highlight those points using highlighter or its good enough if u can line it properly. at least, it shows that u know what u write in. if u can managed ur time, perhaps u can make some small notes on the main points that u wanna talk about, n later on expand ur ideas creatively. but,this is not an essay writing competition, its good to follow their maximum numbers limited by them.

comprehesion? just make yourself comfortable n relax while reading. even time is consuming, but remember this tips: read the questions first, thn u read the passage. at least, u know what the passage is talking about.

i pray that all who attend this exam on 21st february will be successful in their exam. just remember this is an early key to hold ptd position, in which there is no short cut for success. plz pray for my success to ok!
